Delete Your VendoIQ Account

VendoIQ accounts are created for you by your organization. If you would like your account and

personal data deleted, you can request it here — no login, and no need to reinstall the app.

Request deletion

If you would rather not use the form, you can email support@vendoiq.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account.”

We will verify that you control the email address on the account, and we will complete the deletion within 30 days. You will receive an email when it is done

What gets deleted

Your account and sign-in identity
Your profile — your name, email address, role, and conference assignments
Your personal notes

Voice recordings. VendoIQ does not keep your voice recordings. Your dictation is transcribed on your own device, and any recording sent to our transcription provider is processed and discarded rather than stored. A working copy sits in your phone’s temporary cache and is deleted as soon as the transcript comes back — normally within seconds, and in every case within 24 hours. There is nothing on our servers to delete

What is retained

The leads and contacts you captured belong to your organization and are kept as its business records — along with the transcribed text of your notes about them, the card and badge images you captured, and the tasks and opportunities you created. Your authorship is removed from those records and they are reassigned to your organization. If you want those records deleted, the request has to come from your organization, which controls them.

We also keep a limited internal record that your deletion request was made and completed — your account identifier, email address, name, and the date — so that we can demonstrate we honored it. We do not use that record for anything else. It does mean your deletion is not erased from our internal audit trail: the lead records no longer identify you, but our compliance log retains the fact of the request.
