Delete Your VendoIQ Account
VendoIQ accounts are created for you by your organization. If you'd like your account and personal data deleted, you can request it here — no login or app required.
How to request deletion
Email support@vendoiq.com from the email address associated with your VendoIQ account, with the subject "Delete my account." We'll verify the request and complete it within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Your account and sign-in identity Your personal notes Your voice recordings, where we hold them (see below) Voice recordings. By default, VendoIQ does not keep your voice recordings — each is transcribed and then discarded automatically, so there's normally nothing to delete. If your organization has opted in to voice-note retention, VendoIQ stores those recordings, and they are deleted when your account is deleted.
What is retained
Leads and contacts you captured belong to your organization and are retained as its business records, with your personal identity removed — they will no longer be linked to you. The transcribed text of your voice notes is kept as part of those lead records; the underlying audio recording, when stored, is deleted.
This is permanent — deletion cannot be undone.
